CBT specializes in exploring individual thought processes and changing behaviors that causes the client to remain stagnate in life.
Emotional Focus Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a form of therapy that explores couples' attachment/bonding. Patterns in the relationship are evaluated and plans are developed to create an emotional connection built on trust, communication, and understanding to develop a stronger/healthier relationship. EFT process is a collaboration between the therapist and the couple.
Eye Movement Desensitizations and Reprocessing
Eye Movement Desensitizations and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy created to decrease/eliminate negative feelings of traumatic memories. EMDR helps clients to remove the emotional blockage and start to naturally heal emotional wounds. The unique processes of EMDR produces results less than the amount of time as traditional talk therapy.

School Based Psychodrama Groups
TRC can come and play with your students! Psychodrama Groups are weekly groups that students learn about important topics (bullying, identifying emotions, self-esteem). How fun is it to learn about them through dance, drawing, singing, acting, and writing! All the performing arts are utilized to draw in the attention of all students and increase their self-awareness at the same time! Groups are available for ages 6-18 years old.
